A double Michelin delight awaits

We are extremely excited about the next edition of Les Etoilés Michelin du Topaz on October 12 when Chef Guy Lassausaie, holder of two Michelin stars, will create a stunning seven-course dinner inspired by some of the dishes that have contributed to his Michelin awards and numerous other accolades, including selection as Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1993.
